A Miami cemetary has been sued after 5,460 bodies have been discovered to be missing from the grounds.

“The cemetery has violated the basic moral obligation it has to everyone who has buried a love one there,” said Ervin Gonzalez, an attorney representing the son and sister of Eloisa Garcia, who died in 1986 and whose grave is allegedly among the lost.

A California school teaching is facing sex charges after claiming he has molested over a 100 children.

Eric Norman Olsen, 28, told detectives Friday that he molested between 100 and 200 elementary school students since becoming a teacher three years ago, said police Detective Diane Galindo. He was scheduled to be arraigned Aug. 8.

Iran has admitted to supplying missiles to Hizbullah.  If I am Iran I have to question why my government is admitting this even if true.

Secretary-general of the “Intifada conference” Mohtashami Pur told an Iranian newspaper that Iran transferred the missiles so that they could be used to defend Lebanon, Channel 1 reported.

The longer-range Zelzal missiles, manufactured by Iran and capable of reaching Tel Aviv, have also not been fired at Israel, and the IDF believes this is because it destroyed almost two-thirds of these in the Hizbullah arsenal.

Phoenix police have arrested two suspects in connection with the rash of serial killings in the area during the past few months.

Detroit Pistons basketball player Dale Davis was arrested and tasered by cops in Miami last night.  Davis was charged with assault and disorderly conduct.

Davis pulled out money, three cellular phones and credit cards, report said. He put the items back in his pockets and said he’d beat up the officers if they took off their badges and got rid of their guns, the report said.

The report said Davis then balled his fists and began walking toward officers in an aggressive manner, and he was warned that he would be hit with a Taser if he continued, police said.

Hundreds are expected to show up in London for Europe’s first ever masterbate-a-thon.  No word yet if Paul Reubens will be in attendence.
