Actor Haley Joel Osment has been charged with Driving Under the Influnce.  The Sixth Sense actor crashed his car last month around 1am near Los Angeles.  His car being a 1995 Saturn. Has this kid not opened up his trust fund yet or is it cool to drive a Saturn and someone forgot to tell me?

Sixth Sense star Haley Joel Osment has been charged with three misdemeanors including driving under the influence, the Los Angeles district attorney said on Thursday.

DUI is not the only charge Osment faces. It appears he had some of that McConaughey greenery on him as well when he crashed.

The 18-year-old actor was also charged with driving while having a .08 percent or higher blood alcohol content with the special allegation of having a .15 percent or higher blood alcohol content, and possession of marijuana while driving, according to Deputy District Attorney Ed Green.

Osment was also charged with being under the age of 21 and driving with a .05 percent blood alcohol content, an infraction of the vehicle code.

Osment’s blood-alcohol content was 0.16 (double the legal limit), Jane Robinson, a spokeswoman for the DA, tells PEOPLE. Robison noted that Osment is a first-time offender, and though punishment is up to the judge in the case, first-time DUI offenders are normally sentenced to probation and alcohol treatment.
