I’m sorry, but Janet looks crazy on that cover. I stopped by the magazine stand on the way home and was a little frightened by this cover. I actually feel sorry for Janet, that she was victimized by an obviously geeked-up stylist (who you should credit by the way–let the public be warned of future editorials). I mean, with that severely painted mug, Janet looks like she’s channeling Jane Badler of “V: the Series,” should Ms. Badler have become a wrestler on “G.L.O.W.”
The fingerless gloves and thigh-high leggings with the orbs? Is that supposed to pass for 80s chic?
The airbrushing is only pretty good since she looks like a man with all that contouring they did on her nose. Meanwhile her neck is Vulcanized and the wig looks like it could have used a cleaning before they borrowed it from Beyoncé’s hair stylist.
To her credit, her body looks incredible.
Great airbrush artist. Probably the same one that works at my local mall.
