Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, who plays Mr. Eko, on the hit TV show LOST had charges for driving without a license and disobeying cops dropped, after defense attorneys proved that Adewale does indeed have a driver’s license.

Following his arrest, Akinnuoye-Agbaje spent about six hours in jail before being released on $500 bail.

He plays a former African drug lord who has taken on the identity of a priest on “Lost,” which is shot in Hawaii.

I am sure the judge wasn’t intimidated with the possibility of getting  his throat sliced by Mr. Eko if he didn’t drop the charges.
