This needs to be filed in ‘not dressing up for Halloween’.  Lindsay Lohan dressed up as a ‘slut’ for Halloween. Is that a costume? Was Hohan just lazy and didn’t was to be out of character?  The black stockings are an addition to her normal style and do help with her Casper legs.
