Britney Spears Fed up, files for divorce.
Britney Spears has filed a petition for divorce from thug husband Kevin Federline.
TMZ obtained the legal papers, filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing “irreconcilable differences.” In her petition, Spears asks for both legal and physical custody of the couple’s two children, one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James, with Federline getting reasonable visitation rights.
Brit seems to have taken my advice from earlier this morning that the last step to a come back would be to get rid of K-Fed.
Significantly, Britney lists the date of her marriage as October 6, 2004. There was an uproar around the time of the wedding because the highly publicized “secret” ceremony was held on Sept. 18th, leading many to question the validity of the ceremony. Now the divorce documents indicate that the lavish ceremony was not the official wedding.

I’m not suprised at all by this out news…..
I think it was just a matter of time before this was going to happen….
britney never really wanted him for the long haul any way…..
he was like a life size ken doll,she could dress him up, take him out, and show him off……oh and of course have his beautiful babies…..
she had the pleasure of meeting his other children and fell in love with them….and the fact that when he’s mixed well(LOL)he could probuce such beautiful children….
I remember in one of her earlier interviews when she was asked about children…..she said that she wanted to have children young…..because she wanted to be able to enjoy her children and grow with them…..
and who better that him and his pretty genes could’ve fit the bill……
they were around each other all the time which only made it easier for them to get close enough to be able to reproduce…….so she got what she wanted…the children….and he got what he wanted…. a career boost….
now they’re both happy and love their kids but don’t really have a need to be with each other any more…..(unless she’s looking to go for round three and try for a baby girl, but then how much is that going to cost her???)
well that’s just my opinion…..
but what ever the reason I just hope that they just keep their childrens best interests in mind…….because tin situations like this (for anyone)the children are usually the ones who end up suffering from the fall out……
and God bless them all while they’re going through such a rough time….and hopefuly things things work out for the best…….
