Mia Troche was born and raised in New York City.  She is of Puerto Rican and French descent. As a child Mia studied tap, ballet, jazz, and figure skating. Mia then realized her love for the stage and began attending the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in NYC.  She has gone on to guest starring roles on As the World Turns, The Sopranos, and several indie films.

Mia decided to move to Southern California to continue pursuing her dream. Immediately after landing in California modeling opportunities began falling in Mia’s lap. She has been featured in Skinnie, Knockout, and Bonita magazines.  Mia was named one of the top digital darlings with a feature in FHM.  Recently she shot a 5 page pictorial for OYE magazine that appeared in the November issue. Mia is Bumpshack.com’s newest BumpHottie.
