Kevin Federline’s lawyer says that a sex tape with his client and Britney Spears does not exist.

“There is not a sex video of Kevin and Britney in existence,” said Federline’s divorce lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan. Representatives for Spears had no immediate comment.

“It goes without saying that the stories of Kevin attempting to sell such a video are patently false and anyone who reports that they have information of such attempts is either lying or reporting the lie of someone else,” Kaplan said in a statement.

Now if anyone is actually going to believe Federline or his lawyer is another story. I guess there is no sex tape until K-Fed sells it for $26 million dollars. Maybe Britney was recently partying with Paris Hilton in attempts of coercing her to join herself and Kevin in the next sex tape.

I have a feeling though it would be Britney teaching Paris in that scenario.
