Lindsay Lohan is today’s ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day’.  At least this get-up has an arrow pointing to where it gets really bad. The tights are very over done especially by Lohan and shouldn’t be worn in public unless you are going to work out. You put $2,000 boots on top of the tights and it makes it look that much worse.
