Wildcard Saturday included one boring NFL Playoff game and one that will be remembered for a long time. In the first game the
Indianapolis Colts won a sloppy game over the
Kansas City Chiefs 23-8. Most commentators were talking about how bad the Colts D was throughout the week. When it came to playing the game they stepped up and shut down the Chiefs and
Larry Johnson.
In the night cap, the
Dallas Cowboys had a decent lead in the second half over the
Seattle Seahawks only to blow it 21-20, by giving up a safety and botching a game winning field goal. Cowboys QB
Tony Romo, who has become more famous than he is good, was the holder on the attempt for the game winning field goal. He fumbled the snap and tried to run it in for a TD only to be tackled.
