I am considering naming this award the ‘Britney Spears Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day’ award because she is constantly winning it.  Come on Brit, hard to enjoy the beach with boots and hard to be a cowgirl in a swimsuit.  Stay tuned for when tickets go on sale for her ‘White Trash’ world tour.
