This photos are recent but they sure look like Tara Reid circa Class of 1993. Most assume that big hair was limited to the 80’s but if you get out yearbooks from 1990-1994 you will see some big and permed hair….staight off a Bon Jovi cover. 

All that is missing in this photo is the wrist corsage. But give her two points, she was able to keep her boobs in her dress. A lot of hair spray can make anything stick.
