Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day: Nicole Richie
Nicole Richie is photoed her after eating at Mr. Chow’s in Beverly Hills with Paris Hilton. It doesn’t even look like Nicole in this photo. I am sure the dress is not that bad, but with her (lack there of) figure it just comes off being very flat.
