Britney Spears has won our ‘Worst Dressed Celebrity of the Day’ award a couple of times in the past couple of months. Here she is overly pinked out. Perhaps Brit is paying all that cash to K-Fed for custody of her kids (that she is never around) because she sure isn’t paying it to any reputable stylist.
