Britney Spears has more than lost it. After a full day of reports of whether or not she was in rehab she showed up in Los Angeles with a freaking BALD HEAD. Britney showed up at a tattoo parlor in Sherman Oaks with a shaved bald head. She needs to get in rehab if she wasn’t and get on some anti-depressants. So sad that Kevin Federline is looking like the sane one now.
