Britney Spears has more than lost it. After a full day of reports of whether or not she was in rehab she showed up in Los Angeles with a freaking BALD HEAD. Britney showed up at a tattoo parlor in Sherman Oaks with a shaved bald head. She needs to get in rehab if she wasn’t and get on some anti-depressants. So sad that Kevin Federline is looking like the sane one now.

She looks fine… I’m sure it just has to do with the fact that she has ruined her hair with all that dye back and forth and the extensions… That can really fuck up your hair.
