TMZ reports that Britney just couldn’t deal with rehab and checked in and out as quickly as her last try in rehab (last week).

Apparently, Extra was also on the story and found that instead of rehab, she sought out yet another tattoo parlor, but she had to just go home, as the business was closed.

It is a good thing that tattoos can be removed by laser these days. Otherwise, what will she tell her kids years down the road when she has a bunch of tacky tattoos? “Sorry darlings, when I couldn’t deal with rehab, I had to express myself in new ways”?

The staff at Promises doesn’t sound too promising in their assessment of Britney

“It was against their advice,” says the source. “If she comes back for treatment, Promises will have to assess the situation. Sometimes people come back, but it doesn’t look good.”

Promises is not a locked-down facility, so a patient is able to leave the program if he or she wants to.
