The photo below is from Gene Simmons (KISS) plastic surgery and is not for one with a weak stomach. I have mixed feelings about a rock god and hero going under the knife but I guess I would too if a Playboy Playmate was encouraging me and holding my hand along the way.

Simmons and Playboy girlfriend (of 20 years) Shannon Tweed got his and her face lifts on their reality TV show Gene Simmons’ Family Jewels. The show can be seen on A&E.
