Chris Richardson and Phil Stacey were the latest two contestants to be voted off of American Idol.  Last week during American Idol Gives Back no one was voted off.  So they averaged the votes from both weeks.

Phil Stacey is from Jacksonville, Florida. His musical influences include Sting, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Paula Abdul, Sheryl Crow and Robbie Williams.

Chris Richardson is from Chesapeake, Virginia.  His musical influences include Justin Timberlake, Jason Mraz, Michael Jackson, James Brown, Mariah Carey and Christina Aguilera.

I figured Chris was a goner for sure. Phil was a bit of a suprise after his strong showing over the last three weeks.  I would have thought LaKisha Jones would have been voted off before Phil.

It doesn’t really matter as they all will find success on some level after making it this far into the most popular reality TV show ever.

It was super duper nice to see homegirl Antonella Barba in the crowd as the camera panned in to start the show.  Bon Jovi sang the most girlie song ever for someone that use to tour with Motley Crue.  I hope Vince Neil finds Jon Bon in a club on the Sunset Strip and messes his face up with one of his stripper girlfriend’s high heels.
