Playmate of the Year is Sara Jean Underwood
Playboy has named Sara Jean Underwood as its 2007 Playmate of the Year. Upon receiving the honor it made Miss Underwood sick.
I thought I was going to puke,” she told The Associated Press. “I thought I was going to faint. I thought I was going to cry. It was every emotion you can imagine one would feel when given such an honor.”
The petite 23-year-old blonde beat out 11 other beauties to become the magazine’s 48th Playmate of the Year.
Underwood never thought she had what it took to model or be included in the exclusive Playboy fraternity.
Playboy photographers first met her as a college student when they visited Oregon State University looking for candidates for the “Girls of the Pac 10″ pictorial. She ended up on the cover of the October 2005 issue. She went on to pose for the centerfold of the July 2006 issue.Underwood said she never modeled before appearing in Playboy.
“I didn’t think I was pretty enough,” she said. “I’m 5′3,” short, freckle-faced. I’m from Oregon. It wasn’t a thought in my mind that I could do something like that.”

I believe that true beauty is understated. I’m not a Playboy man myself, i have a thing about magazines and naked woman(not that i don’t like naked woman) even though it is done more tastfully than others. Thank You Hef. But my roomate is a fan however he showed me this picture last year and i was just captivated not at the nudity but the beauty, the first thing that caught me was her eyes and yes i would be crazy if i didn’t say that she has a beautiful body as well, but the color of her eyes mad me melt. I was amazed when i heard that she won the playmate of the year award. Congrat’s i think you greatly deserve it. Home grown beauty and morals are hard to find in today’s Lipo-Plastic-Atkins-Rodeo Drive world that we live in. With all the magazines to reality shows constantly bombarding us with models and models who are waffer thin and look un-happy and sickly it was nice to see a TRUE woman, Beautiful, natural and not afraid. She says she shy but i have a feeling this little butterfly has just spread her wings and there is going to be a lot more of her to come in the following years. If she were stock and i was a broker i advise all my clients to sell, sell, sell and buy, buy, buy Sara Jean stock… Can’t Lose.
