Paris Hilton seems to think that she is above the law or that probation terms shouldn’t matter. She had this to say when she was asked about it outside her home the day after.

“I told the truth yesterday. I feel that I was treated unfairly.” Hilton called the sentence “both cruel and unwarranted” and added “I don’t deserve this.”, Hilton was quoted as saying about her 45 day jail sentence.

So what can Paris expect in the slammer from the cafeteria and her fellow inmates? I think it’s safe to say it won’t be the Hilton. Which means she probably won’t be charged $25 bucks a day for the internet. I bet it’s probably free in the slammer.

“My ex-wife got … a black eye in this place,” said one man to the New York Daily News, who wouldn’t give his name out of fear of retribution. Paris could be spared by being separated from the general population, because the Century Regional Dentention Facilty showers together, and a posse of those tough lesbians reportedly rules that roost.

Meanwhile, even if she’s in her own world, it’s going to be rough for Paris. She’ll have to get used to taking only five-minute showers, wearing blue jumpsuits, and eating one hot meal per day, with baloney sandwiches for lunch, and food that, says one inmate’s mom, is “disgusting.”

Hilton claimed in an interview before she was sentenced to jail time that cops pull her over simply to hit on her and ask her for a date.

In an interview given before she was sentenced to 45 days in jail last Friday, Paris tells Harper’s Bazaar (via the New York Post) that policemen routinely stop her and ask, “What’s your phone number? Want to go out to dinner?” Hilton says she finds the alleged accosting “annoying.”

“I think I get in trouble because of who I am,” says Paris. We couldn’t have put it better, Paris.

Paris Hilton has fired her long time publicist Elliot Mintz and blames him mostly for her jail sentence.

She has asked the governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, to grant a pardon for her.

Paris Hilton is begging the Governator to give her a break — and is pleading with her fans to sign a petition asking for her pardon.

On her MySpace page this morning, she says her friend Joshua Capone started a petition, and asks that her fans “help and sihn [sic] it,” adding, “I LOVE YOU ALL!!!” The petition takes the somewhat puzzling tack of pointing out that she’s an heiress to the Hilton fortune, and that Paris “provides hope for young people all over the U.S. and the world.”

Unlike Michelle Rodriguez, Paris must serve at least 87% of her sentence which would be 39 days.
