ESPN and ABC have the worst coverage of an NBA game ever. It is enough to make you crave the NBA coverage of CBS from the 80’s. On the other hand no one does it better than TNT.

Steve Nash gets as pissed as I have ever seen him during a game and ESPN DOESN’T show the replay? What the heck?

Steve Nash has more bruises than one of O.J. Simpson’s girlfriends.

Nash is too unselfish at times and is one of a few NBA players that parents should encourage their kids to mold their game after.

Remember when MTV was cool back in the day when they showed videos? Then they ruined it by turning it into a reality TV channel? Well the same thing is happening to ESPN. ESPN use to be this cool, maverick sports station and then Disney/ABC bought it and it has slowly been going downhill until this year…then it took a suicide leap the rest of the way down the valley.

Dan Patrick wouldn’t have been manhandled on his radio show earlier this week by David Stern if he didn’t work for ESPN/ABC on their NBA telecasts. Since he did he was afraid of retribution by the commissioner against him or his network and let Stern stampede all over him during his interview.

The remaining four teams left in the NBA Playoffs are the four ugliest playing teams in the league. The league and its refs reward brutes over the beauty of the game.

ESPN announcers are so afraid of the wrath of NBA commissioner David Stern that its like hearing Stern call the game.

Jon Barry is the worst NBA color commentator ever. He is color commentary in B&W…..Tim Legler is not far behind. I don’t think you should be able to be paid to comment on pro basketball unless you averaged 10+ points during your career. Think about it the quality of things said by Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Magic Johnson are miles ahead of that by Barry and Legler.

People who say Bruce Bowen is not dirty have either a criminal record or are overweight 35-year-olds who play football during basketball games at the YMCA.

Is there an online petition floating around calling for the firing of ESPN’s Stephen Jackson? If so please forward it to me.

If you think Tim Duncan whines a lot on TV then you should check out a Spurs game in person. The cameras miss most of it.

NBA sideline reporters are as useless as U.S. Vice Presidents.
