The L.A. City Attorney and the judge that sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days in jail are not too happy that the L.A. Sheriff’s department decided to release her early.

A hearing has been set for 9:00 AM PST and Hilton is required to be present.  The judge will rule on her early release and if it violated his order.

Late today, L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo filed paperwork demanding a hearing before Judge Michael Sauer to determine why the Sheriff’s Department allowed Paris to get out of jail when the judge had expressly ordered her to serve out her entire sentence.

The original ruling by Judge Michael T. Sauer clearly stated that Hilton was not to be released or electronically monitored according to the judges ruling.
