Paris Hilton is heading back to the slammer. The ruling is in and Miss Hilton was none too happy as you can expect.

Hilton left the courtoom in tears, screaming, “Mom, Mom, Mom.”

Hilton’s mother was later seen pacing the hallways, telling reporters, “I’m paralyzed right now.” Paris’ father Rick is still in the courtroom.

A Sheriff inside the courtroom tells TMZ that officers are taking Hilton straight from the courtroom to Lynwood. No timetable has been set on her departure.

Greta Van Susteren of Fox News says, ‘Paris is sick…..needs medical attention….is on something….obviously quite not right’.

Hilton’s lawyers will appeal the ruling according to TMZ.

Sheriff Lee Baca has now spoken as well.  He says he has no room in his jail for such a low level offender link Paris.  He goes on to say that she has ’severe problems’.

Baca also said that he reassigned Hilton based on “her severe medical problems,” and confirmed TMZ’s original story that her condition was mental. Baca said that her “increasingly deteriorating problems” were evaluated and added, “This lady has some severe problems.”

Baca added that she was medicated when she originally entered the jail system … and “I can’t trust her tenuous status,” referring to her mental state. “She had a severe problem,” said Baca, “I need more cooperation from the courts and from the city attorney’s office.”
