Lindsay Lohan, the troubled actress who is currently in rehab for drunk driving, is being sued for a prior auto crash that happened back in October 2005 when she crashed her car into a parked van.

Lohan was behind the wheel in Beverly Hills when her car collided with a parked van, according to small claims court papers filed May 18. Grandeur Inc. is seeking $3,624.84 in damages, the celebrity news Web site CelebTV.com reported.

Surely Lindsay will settle this out of court and avoid the negative press since it’s such a small amount.  I am surprised the statute of limitations has not run on the accident since it did occur in 2005.
