TMZ is reporting that actor Tom Sizemore has been handed a sentence of sixteen months in prison for his probation violation in relation to his drug offenses.

Moments ago in Los Angeles County Superior Court, a judge sentenced Sizemore to 16 months in state prison for violating his probation in a 2004 methamphetamine conviction. The court highly recommended that Sizemore serve his time at Donovan Correctional Facilty near San Diego — due to fact that they have a rehab facility within the prison.

I guess rehab isn’t for quitters but those who can’t quit and can’t avoid the law.
