New Naughty Miss New Jersey Photos Surface

Miss New Jersey Amy Polumbo received another packet of blackmail photos of her over the weekend. The blackmailer threatened to release the original and additional photos unless she resigns her crown.
Supposedly the photos show Polumbo in some compromising positions and were at one point on her Facebook page. Polumbo and her rep’s insist there is nothing wrong or immoral about the photos.
As I said on Friday, all she has to do is release the photos and put the scandal to bed if they are truly not that bad.
If the photos aren’t that bad then Polumbo should just release them. That way it’s a non-story and the blackmailer has no leverage then. However, I think she is enjoying the fame and having her name in the news (imagine that with a pageant girl) that has come with this story.
The photos are bad and damaging or we would have seen them by now. It is also quite possible that Polumbo has created the story herself to gain nationwide attention. Who was Amy Polumbo before this story broke?
She is meeting with Miss America officials to decide what to do.
Polumbo was crowned Miss Seashore Line on the local level that allowed her to compete in the Miss New Jersey pageant. Her platform ironically enough is internet safety.

Amy has no chance to be Miss America.
They let her keep the crown of Miss New Jersey, but that is as far as she will go.
She is young and was having fun at the time, but she should have used better judgment than this.
When people think of her from now on, the word moron will come to mind.
Now unless she has some real talent such as singing, the only major success she can have will be posing for Playboy or something like that.
The fact is that people are getting tired of this sort of thing.

well i have a different look on this, I am in the system of miss America pageants! Amy has done a great deal to receive her title as Miss New Jersey ‘08. She has gone through alot to see this dream come true,although she yes might of posted pictures that dont show her at her best i beleive she should not be judged on this, it was wrong but its wrong that people are so consumed seeing other people fail ! not everyone is PERFECT ! yes she should be ashamed of posting them as a title holder and she needs to deal with the consequences. But she can also turn this around and make this a wonderful oppuriunity to reach out to young women and make a difference in the life of others !!!
Are you kidding??Was conditions of entry that you have to be as pure as the driven snow?? People, she is a beauty queen, she is running for Miss USA, not President of the USA.
Remember the last President. You know the one, the one that had “relations” with an intern, and you still voted for him!. Get a grip on what is going on here. If Miss USA is all you want your daughters to aspire to, then God Bless America, cos we’re gonna need His help. Look a previous enterants. There are much better role models.
Remember it’s a beauty pagent. Yes they all want to help the homeless and stop world hunger, but how many of them actually do it? Keep it in perspective, there are better role models in your own neighbourhoods that get much less praise and attention.
Amy is a really sweet girl. I went to high school with her. Her photos were NOTHING! And she did not run for Miss USA, she ran for Miss America. Get the two programs right people!
