It only continues to get worse for Britney Spears. Reports out of Las Vegas are saying that Spears could possibly face criminal charges for ordering her security guard to attack a cameraman.

There are rumblings that Spears directed her bodyguard to go after the photographer, who suffered minor injuries during the fracas Thursday near the spa at Wynn.If it can be proved that Spears conspired or was involved in the “vicarious liability” for the action of her bodyguard, she can be charged.

Spears’ security officer, Cesar Julio Camera, was cited for misdemeanor battery after detectives from Metro’s violent crimes section investigated the incident.

I would be surprised if any charges actually come out of this, but one thing we have learned over the past two months is that no celebrity is above the law all of a sudden.

It is also being rumored that Steve Wynn threw Brit out of his Wynn Hotel.

Thursday’s blowup at one of the world’s ritziest hotels, including a report that Steve Wynn ordered her eviction, comes simultaneously with all the ugly details of her photo shoot/interview with OK! Magazine.
