The ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day‘ award today goes to Britney Spears former BFF/assistant/enabler Alli Sims.

I know her eligibility could be in question since it is Worst Dressed ‘CELEB’ not Worst Dressed ‘FORMER ASSISTANT’ but she is trying to have her own pop career now.  And you know…..at this point she could very likely have more of a pop career than Britney has left.

PS: That dress was hot in 1996 when TLC’s ‘Waterfalls’ was released.
