Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones has signed a contract to wrestle with TNA (Total Nonstop Action) wrestling. The NFL suspended Jones for the 2007 football season after a rash of arrests including a shoot-out at a Las Vegas Strip club back in February.

TNA is a much smaller pro wrestling federation with a Thursday Night show on Spike TV. Currently their television show does slightly worse ratings than the WWE’s third lowest rated show. So it doesn’t need to be said that TNA is still a long way from competing with the WWE but the addition of “Pacman” Jones is sure to get a lot of attention from the media, possibly spike their ratings, and possibly move TNA’s show ahead of at least one of the WWE’s shows in the ratings. That would be a huge feather in TNA’s cap.
