Matthew Shafer, better known as Uncle Kracker, was arrested for a forcible sex offense in North Carolina this morning.

Kid Rock’s former DJ, who also had a double platinum selling album of his own a few years back, was arrested and charged with a second-degree forcible sex offense outside Raleigh, North Carolina this morning.

Kracker, who had a huge hit with the song “Follow Me” in 2000, is currently being held in Wake County Jail on $5 million bond.

Authorties consider him a high flight risk and that is the chief reason for the $5 million bond.
