Nicole Kidman opens up in the current issue of Vanity Fair magazine about her marriages to Tom Cruise and Keith Urban. She also reveals the miscarriage she had early on in her marriage to Cruise.

“From the minute Tom and I were married, I wanted to have babies,” Kidman, 40 (and 22 when she met Cruise), tells Vanity Fair for its October issue. “And we lost a baby early on, so that was really very traumatic. And that’s when we would adopt [daughter] Bella,” now 14.

In the interview, Kidman is described as cryptic when she goes on to say, “There’s a complicated background to that, given that I never speak much about many things. One day maybe that story will be told.”

Nicole hints several times in the interview that she can’t speak totally open about her marriage to Cruise.  Insiders have told me that her and Tom had a 10-year-contract that united them together.  Nicole supposedly strayed towards the end of the 10 years, right before it was to expire, and was then cut out of the final payout.

Supposedly Katie Holmes has a five year contract with Cruise as well.
