Judge Scott Gordon has labeled Britney Spears as a druggie and has ordered twice weekly/random drug tests for the former pop tart.

The judge in the Britney Spears custody battle found that “there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by (Britney).” The judge has ordered Britney “to undergo testing for the use of controlled substances and alcohol.” Testing will be conducted randomly twice a week.

The judge went on to rule that Spears or ex-husband Kevin Federline were to avoid alcohol and non-prescription drugs during and the twelve hours before having custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James.

The judge went on, “Neither party shall consume alcohol, or other non-prescription controlled substance during or for the 12 hours immediately preceding any period such party is responsible for the health and safety of the minor children.”

It should only get more interesting with two drug tests a week for Spears.  Federline must have better lawyers than Spears.  It is amazing that the same drug test order wasn’t placed on K-Fed.  He must have had some really good evidence about Brit’s drug while keeping the children.
