Kylie Mingue is our ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day‘. Whatever she is wearing would even make a pretty lousy Halloween costume. It kind of reminds me of a mixture of a biker chick with Indian blood going out for a big night at the casino in Mississippi.

She is a dog of a woman and always was in my opinion. Average, suburban looking chick.Vacuous looking..As for the outfit she resembles a street walking.It is utterly vile as have been most ( not all) of her outfits in past year or so.The hair..well OK it is growing still, but still the style!!!! My grandmother has tight Shirley Temple curls/ringlets like that..but she is in her 80’s.
Horrible, but even more scary is the amount of foreign matter in her lips, cheeks and face.Is the dear getting worried about being 40 soon and single and childless or is it some desperate ploy to appear “cool” still.She never was cool,and never will be.Reminds me always of a middle class housewife.
