Are you sure that it’s her? The picture looks vaguely like a drag queen that I saw in Walgreen’s the other day. No matter who it is, though, that hat should be torn apart by wild dogs. And the remains should be trampled on by elephants. And set on fire, for good measure. Stovepipe hats died with Abraham Lincoln, and even then they weren’t a good look.
