‘Rock of Love’ Reunion Show Recap
The ‘Rock of Love with Bret Michaels’ Reunion Show on VH1 Sunday night was a bit disappointing as most reunion shows are. The show had several highlights from the first season and lots of kissing and making up.
Lacey Connor was her usual ridiculous self. She stirred it up with Dallas again by giving her a shirt that said “Dallas Loves Michael Vick.” Dallas and Lacey had clashed on the show because Lacey is Miss PETA while Dallas had no problem wearing fur. Many of you have seen the hilarious clip of Lacey’s music video here or on You Tube, but that didn’t stop the shameless Lacey from singing a song she wrote, “Shallow”, with her band. The other female contestants rolled their eyes in disgust.
Heather Chadwell came across as still being bitter with Bret but claimed she was not. She revealed a new fake tattoo on her neck underneath ‘Bret’ that read ‘Sucks’. On the show she got Bret’s name tattooed on the back of her neck in a move that left thousands across America scratching their heads. Heather must have been reading some of the celeb blogs about her 80’s porn hair because she came out with a complete make over and flat ironed hair that was glued to her skull. Heather has said that the producers of the show made her look a lot worse than she really is in reality.
Jess (pics of her hottness) seemed very bitter and upset with Bret as she sat on the sofa with him for the last six minutes of the hour long show. She said she was pissed because he stayed in the limo and had Big John walk her to her hotel room the last night of the show after her being crowned as the winner of ‘Rock of Love’.
It had been six months since Bret and Jess had seen each other. The curse, one of them, with reality TV is that it is filmed months ahead and edited more than a CBS News hit piece. By contract Bret and Jess hadn’t been able to see each other until the reunion show as to protect the secrecy of who won ‘Rock of Love’.
Jess proclaimed that Heather, was in fact the right girl for Bret, after having seen the show and their chemistry on TV. Heather lit up with excitement and Bret kept agreeing and as with almost everything anyone said claimed it turned him on. VH1 seemed to edit out a good bit of what Jess had said there at the conclusion of the reunion show. Host Rikki Rachtman also cut her off a few times as she was getting wound up and starting to let it spew.
The reunion show was a lot like watching Jerry Springer or Chris Crocker videos. Don’t get too sad though, casting for season two of ‘Rock of Love’ are already under way.

Ha Ha Ha - funny show. At least it is watching from the outside. Not so funny when you are caught up in the middle of a situation like that. I was dating a girl at my office and it had other girls so jealous it erupted into a few screaming matches and it was not even on TV. Still can’t work that out…..
I would have liked to see that ass of a host ask Bret what he learned from the show - such as if you don’t bang other women, you might actually get to keep a decent woman (like Alice Cooper with his nice wife Sheryl).
Chaos, Bad behavior, parental lack of control,stupid stunts,
to fight for what ever prize…money,love, control etc. In my opinion seems to speak to a pathetic audience. The fact that Bret Michaels cannot find the right woman based on his own personality( should be a visible sign somethings wrong.) I watched this show Rock of Love. I also watched the crazy previews of”I LOVE N.Y.”
I loved listening to Bret Michaels sing… after jess turned him down, I’ve Decided to buy C.D.’s instead of
wasting my time with televison. I will not be tuning in to Rock of Love II. I have better things to do.
