I was wearing the button up sweater above that Heath Ledger is trying to get away with when I was in the seventh grade.  It didn’t work for me then and it doesn’t work for Heath now.  There is only one human being that could ever pull off the sweater look and that was Mister (Fred) Rogers.  Heath is our ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day‘.
