Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day: Kate Moss

Kate Moss, photographed here in Paris, is our ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day.’  The frumpy supermodel wears the continuous star pattern dress here which is a material that is most often used for making 8-year-old pajamas.  Don’t worry she got paid thousands of dollars for the shoot.  I still don’t see what is so special about Moss.
