Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day: Rumer Willis
Rumer Willis might have been selected as Miss Golden Globe 2008 but that doesn’t come complete with fashion sense. Rumer is our ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day’ and I don’t really even know why. It just looks BAD!
