Karith Foster is New Sidekick of Don Imus in the Morning

Shock jock Don Imus is back on the airwaves and he is bringing a sidekick that the women of Rutgers can look up to. Comedian Karith Foster, a Jewish African American, who grew up in Texas will be on air with Don to help keep him in check, please sponsors, and hopefully increase ratings.
Despite her Texas roots, “I’m really a Jewish girl from Long Island trapped in this body, which technically makes me a JA-AP [Jewish African-American Princess],” she jokes on her Web site.
“So it’s not ‘talk to the hand,’ but ‘talk to the manicure.’”
What a great and bold move by the WABC crew. Imus took a hit to his reputation, but his bank account has only grown, and he is likely going to be bigger than ever with the addition of Karith Foster to ‘Imus in the Morning’.
Imus drew the ire of the Rutgers women’s basketball team and the African-American community earlier this year when he referred to the Rutgers players as ‘nappy headed ho’s’ before they were to place the Tennessee Lady Vols in the Women’s NCAA Tournament.
The new Imus show debuted this morning out of WABC 770 radio in New York.
