Oregon Woman Meagan Harper Blows 0.55% Blood-Alcohol
Oregon woman Meagan Harper blew a 0.55% on a breathalyzer after being pulled over by cops for driving drunk.
When they got the woman accused of drunken driving to the hospital, her blood-alcohol level was 0.55 percent — about seven times greater than Oregon’s legal limit for driving.
The illegal limit in Oregon is anything over 0.08%. Harper already has multiple arrests for DUI and driving drunk.
Fraternities reportedly have been by the jail to try to persuade her into pledging in the spring. She is being held on $50,000 bail.
Harper is now the most famous drunk this side of Hollywood.

It wasn’t a breath test. It was a blood test, and run on an automated EMIT type analyzer rather than a headspace GC, so the number is suspect. One thing for sure though, it was high.
