Vivica A. Fox is taking aggressive action with her secretly taped sex tape and has turned it over to Atlanta police. Fox contends she was recorded secretly via a camera phone giving oral sex.

Fox was allegedly taped by the guy she was “servicing�? on his cell phone camera without her knowledge. Sandra Rose says that Vivica was inebriated at the time, managed to get her hands on the tape, and has forwarded it to the Atlanta police department.
