Blige, #1 last week, fell to the third spot.  Country teen sensation Taylor Swift moved up to fifth.  Her self-titled album has been on the charts for 63 consecutive weeks.  The soundtrack to the movie ‘Juno’ debuted for the first time in the top ten this week.
