Actress Tara Reid is featured in a new photo spread in the current issue of OK! magazine.  Reid’s fall from grace along with her botched plastic surgeries and disturbing weight loss have been vastly covered.

I found this quote from Reid to be a bit humorous.

Tara chills out at Ku De Ta Restaurant in Seminyak. “I’m a girl who works her ass off, but I like to have a good time,” she says.

Has she ever said anything more true?

Reid shot to fame in American Pie and Cruel Intentions.  Since then her career has gone south and her appearance has vanished into the Bermuda Triangle.
