New England Patriots wide receiver Randy Moss is the latest NFL player to run into legal problems.  Moss has been slapped with a restraining order by Florida native Rachelle Washington.

A temporary restraining order has been issued against Patriots receiver Randy Moss, after a Florida woman alleged he beat her and then refused to allow her to seek medical attention on Jan. 6, according to court documents.

Rachelle Washington, 35, of Fort Lauderdale, filed a petition for a restraining order in Broward County on Monday.

Moss is no stranger to running afoul of the law.  Back in 2002 Moss knocked down a traffic cop with his car after she had asked him to stop.  He has also had his marijuana issues throughout his career and has admitted to so.
