Randy Moss Slapped with Restraining Order
New England Patriots wide receiver Randy Moss is the latest NFL player to run into legal problems. Moss has been slapped with a restraining order by Florida native Rachelle Washington.
A temporary restraining order has been issued against Patriots receiver Randy Moss, after a Florida woman alleged he beat her and then refused to allow her to seek medical attention on Jan. 6, according to court documents.
Rachelle Washington, 35, of Fort Lauderdale, filed a petition for a restraining order in Broward County on Monday.
Moss is no stranger to running afoul of the law. Back in 2002 Moss knocked down a traffic cop with his car after she had asked him to stop. He has also had his marijuana issues throughout his career and has admitted to so.

This isn’t the first time for Moss, or the second or the third but maybe it should be the last. One look at the Dallas Cowboys clearly shows what attitude can do to a team regardless of it’s talent. It’s time for him to go. He disrespects women, disrespects the law as well as those we pay to enforce it, he disrespects his teams and coaches. If no one took him I’d give him maybe 2 years to blow every cent he ever made.
