Britney Spears, never one to avoid attention, is our ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day’ for well…I have no clue what that is she is wearing. Just that it is bad, very bad and just unbelievably bad. She needs to be committed.

Seriously, if you had people following your every move, wouldn’t you go crazy? She has a BIG house…why not just stay in and keep herself entertained with all her nice stuff until people lose interest?
