Christian Brando, son of the late Marlon Brando, is in intensive care after being admitted to the hospital more than a week ago.

Sources tell TMZ that Brando was admitted on Jan. 11 and remains in ICU. The exact nature of his illness is unknown.

Brando was convicted of voluntary manslaughter in the 1990 death of his half-sister’s boyfriend, Dag Drollet. Christian got out of prison in 1996.

Brado found himself in trouble with the law again in 2005 when he pled guilty to abusing Deborah Presley, who was at the time his wife.

On a side note Presley has always contended that she is the illegitimate daughter of Elvis Presley.
