Former Rockland County (NY) prosecutor Beth Modica has plead not guilty to having sex with teens.  She has also been accused of serving them alcohol and smoking pot with the teenage boys.  The boys were hockey teammates of her 16-year-old son.

A former Rockland County assistant district attorney pleaded not guilty this morning to charges that she had sexual intercourse or oral sex with two teenaged boys, served them alcohol and smoked marijuana with them.

She was charged with five felonies: one count of third-degree rape, which is basically statuatory rape; and four counts of third-degree criminal sexual assault. She also faces 30 misdemeanor charges: four counts of third-degree sexual abuse and 26 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

She is alleged to have had sex with the 16-year-old and oral sex with the 15-year-old.   The incidents took place during last summer.

The judge set bail at $75,000 due to the serious nature of the charges involving the minors.

Her estranged husband is the Spring Valley police chief.
