She speaks in the video of having just taken six Valium and then lights up and smokes crack. Her notorious black mop-bun has been bleached blonde in the clip.
It is hard to remember exactly when and how many times she has been in rehab, but it obviously hasn’t taken effect yet. She seems to be on the same train wreck schedule as Britney Spears. Perhaps they are even on the same track headed towards each other.

You can’t prove that she’s smoking crack. It could also be pot. Granted, the pipe was more of a crack pipe, but she was using a Bic lighter - usually those don’t get hot enough to burn crack (hence the butane torches being nicknamed “Crack Lighters”), just pot.

Crack doesn’t make people that skinny. She obviously uses some sort of methamphetamine as well.
crack melts fine with a lighter. a bic or not. you don’t need a torch.
bic’s don’t break when you’re in the middle of using them, like cheaper lighters do(way too often).
