Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day: Clay Aiken
Clay Aiken is our ‘Worst Dressed Celeb of the Day‘ for the third time in the last six months. He is in costume here for his part in Broadway play Spamalot but we aren’t going to let that be an excuse.
We were both on Good Morning America the same day back in October 2003. He is a nice guy, really shy!

Ok I agree Clay was “worst Dressed” on August 9, and This Spamalot costume (especially the bad wig) is bad too, but I liked the” Mr Rogers” skating look…It must be a fashion thing because I see those sweaters in the shops all the time now…
He had no choice of costum or wig. Sorry, not nice to put a guy down what is a known costume. The other times he just looks like a regular guy you might see anywhere. So what? He looked good on the view. He says he doesn’t choose his own clothing, his personal assistant does and he’s the first to say he doesn’t have a sense of style. I give him credit for not trying to be someone he’s not.
Well, obviously you’re going to name him as the worst dressed no matter what given that you have chosen him in costume. Pathetic, really, on your part, especially when there are so many others who really deserve this much honored distinction.
Clay is not shy. No way. He may have appeared so to you way back in 2003, but a lot has happened to him since then. And, yes, he is a very, very nice guy. By the way, do you have a best dressed list? Because I could supply you with dozens of pictures of him in classy designer duds. Actually, the other two pictures you have of him are fine. The sweater in the skating picture is the latest style, and in the other one, he looks like any other normal guy on his day off. Costumes don’t count, so this looks like a cheap shot to me.
Yes, this is the way to knock a singer, Label him the ‘worst dressed’ 3 times, while the rest of the world names a crack smoking Amy Winehouse up for 6 Grammys. Let’s put this cruddy world and people like you in the proper perspectives, shall we?
I don’t know why bloggers like you rest your laurels on negativity about Clay Aiken, and I can’t imagine what pleasure it gives you.
I’m too busy wondering why Good things are being said about stars who really warrant your criticisms…. Amy , Lindsay, Brittany, Paris, Tommy Lee, Kid Rock, etc, these stars are out there doing negative stuff, why not talk bad about their actions, not talk bad about someones clothes just to get hits on your website.

I’m not a claymate but I’ll say this. You lguys loves trying to blemish Mr. Aiken image. WHY?

Can you guys let him live his life. Not everyone wants to click on a site and read nonsense. Some of the stuff seems stupid, even to non fans. Remember, your day will come too.
