Britney Spears Wet T-Shirt

Britney Spears brought back Spring Break Panama City 1992 with her win in the ‘Wet T-Shirt Contest’.  Oh wait this was just at the store in Los Angeles on another normal Britney day of insanity.

Britney you would have won anyway, no matter your competition.
